My name is Kevin Moser, I am the National Tile Contractor’s Association (NTCA) State Ambassador for Montana. My family has been in the tile industry for 3 generations, owning one of the larger distributors in the midwest. As a result, I grew up learning all about the industry. When I moved to Billings, Montana I quickly realized there were a handful of talented installers, but that not many knew the proper way to install jobs that truly pass the test of time. Even the Parade of Homes showers were done improperly, which was a huge surprise and a sad realization that this city needs to be more educated in the industry standards.
